Arunesh is a pharmaceutical physician and ENT surgeon with more than 25 years of experience working in various industry and clinical roles. In October 2025, he was appointed as FPM's Specialty Training Lead.

In this video, Dr Arunesh Sil reflects on his path into pharmaceutical medicine, the role FPM plays in supporting the training of tomorrow's pharmaceutical physicians, and what he hopes to see more of in the coming years.
