Marcia Philbin joins podcast on leadership

FPM Chief Executive Marcia Philbin joined the Your Digital Mentor Podcast in September 2021 to talk about leadership skills. Marcia and fellow guest Stephen Baker, Director of Research For Global Health in the Department of Medicine at the University of Cambridge and Honorary Faculty at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, discussed some of the challenges they face as leaders and what skills and factors helped them succeed.
