eLearning Project Coordinator

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) is excited to be recruiting for an eLearning Project Coordinator for an exciting new project. We are looking for an experienced project professional, who will take a proactive and enthusiastic approach to support the development and launch of a new eLearning programme which will help to educate healthcare professionals on respiratory diseases.

FPM is a small charity and membership body based in North London. Our members are pharmaceutical physicians – doctors who are experts in all aspects of medicines development, including many who have spearheaded the global fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. FPM and our members share a key goal – to advance the science and practice of pharmaceutical medicine in order to improve the health of patients around the world. Our small, vibrant and professional staff team work to support our members through education, training, networking, advocacy and public engagement activities.

 

About the eLearning Project Coordinator role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the postholder will support the development and delivery of a new eLearning programme and provide day-to-day co-ordination and administration as well engagement with project stakeholders. You will have responsibility for:

  • Providing day to day support for the work, including administration of collaborative working platforms and responding to all enquiries from volunteers and suppliers.
  • Assisting the project manager in developing and managing all project documentation inc. budget, schedules, plans and risk register, and in progress reporting.
  • Providing administrative support for all significant project meetings, including drafting and circulating agendas, papers and minutes, and organising meetings.
  • Supporting the administration of the FPM’s Learning Management System inc. overseeing the migration of new eLearning products onto the platform, user management and support, and troubleshooting.
