We are the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM), a charity and professional membership body on a mission to advance the science and practice of pharmaceutical medicine. We lease 19 Angel Gate, a town house office in a modern courtyard business village in Islington. The other tenants are small businesses and charities and we have some social events including an outdoor screen for Wimbledon and football tournaments.

Angel Gate is a short walk from Angel tube but it is also accessible from Old Street, Barbican and Farringdon stations. Our office has 4 floors and we occupy the ground, 1st and 2nd floors and we are looking for new tenants to sub-let our 3rd floor.

What’s the cost?

The rent is £45 per sq ft per annum, but we are happy to negotiate for a longer lease and/or if you are also a charity or not for profit. Leases from 6-months to 3-years available.

Rateable value

The 3rd floor has a rateable value of £35,250 as at June 2021.
