Perhaps you already have experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or sharing your expertise with colleagues and clients. Or maybe you’re looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of pharmaceutical physicians and the wider industry, enhance your own professional skills, and add interesting, paid work to your professional portfolio. If so, read on.

What is in-company learning at FPM?
Education and professional development are fundamental to FPM’s mission and identity, and our in-company learning programmes are an important way in which we share expertise and strengthen professional practice.
The programmes support organisations across the pharmaceutical industry with high-quality learning that is relevant, practical and tailored to business needs.
Alongside our established two- and five-day programmes, our training team and expert facilitators work with organisations to adapt and develop learning that meets specific priorities and audiences.
The programmes cover a range of topics relevant to pharmaceutical medicine and drug development, including:
- Clinical research and discovery
- Pharmacology and drug safety
- Clinical development
- Healthcare marketplace and medical affairs
- Regulatory affairs
We primarily deliver training in person at company premises in the UK and overseas, but we also offer online and hybrid delivery options.

Who are we looking for?
As demand for our in-company learning increases, we are looking to expand our pool of experienced and enthusiastic trainers. We are keen to hear from professionals with expertise across the industry who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting others’ development.
We are particularly interested in trainers who can travel internationally to deliver face-to-face training, as many of our current clients are based outside the UK. We would especially welcome expressions of interest from those who may be available during the week commencing 30 November 2026 to support training for a client based in Boston.
There may also be opportunities to deliver virtual or blended learning and contribute to future eLearning initiatives.
About the role
As an FPM in-company trainer, you will deliver learning programmes for professionals working across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Our programmes receive consistently positive feedback from participants, who value the practical insights and real-world experience that our trainers bring to each session.
The role is remunerated, however trainers often tell us that the greatest reward comes from helping others learn, develop and succeed.
