We are delighted to announce that, after ten years at our previous location in Angel Gate, we have officially moved into our new office in Holborn.

For the past six months, FPM staff have been working remotely while our Operations Team have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare the new space, ensuring it can better support our growth and collaboration.

Our new headquarters are located on the ground floor of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) building, 5-11 Theobalds Road, London, WC1X 8SH.

Our relocation to Holborn at the start of the new year marks an important next chapter for FPM. The new office provides a welcoming and accessible base from which we can better support our members, staff, and our community.

The move comes at a particularly significant moment as we begin to implement FPM’s new 2026-28 strategy, which sets out our ambitions to strengthen FPM as the professional home for pharmaceutical physicians, amplify our influence, nurture innovation, and build resilience as an organisation. This relocation aligns with that strategy – creating a space that supports collaboration, connection, and our evolving ways of working.

I’d like to extend my thanks to Marcia and the team for ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to our new premises.

After 18 months of meticulous planning, searching, shortlisting, deliberating, decision-making, organising, disposing, selling, packing, refurbishing and unpacking, we have finally moved into the new FPM office which is on the ground floor of the building belonging to the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. It is wonderful to be up and running after such a considerable relocation project. We hope to be here for a while!

It was a substantial project for a small team to deliver, and it wouldn’t have been a success without the invaluable contribution from Musie Gebremariam, Operations and Membership Coordinator, together with the support of Marcia and the wider FPM and RCPCH teams.

Works were carried out at our new premises at the end of last year to reconfigure the layout to best suit FPM’s requirements, and we are delighted with the finished product.

The new office provides a modern workspace for staff, in a managed building with excellent facilities, meeting rooms and a welcoming reception. Based in High Holborn, FPM now has a bigger presence in a more central and convenient location amongst other medical colleges.

The office reopened for business at the beginning of January and, although we are still settling in, I’m sure that staff, members, and volunteers will love our new home.
