This is an ideal opportunity for those with strong financial expertise and an interest in applying their skills to deliver public benefit and support the Charity’s strategic vision for 2026-28.

The Finance, Audit and Risk Committee supports and advises FPM’s Board of Trustees in fulfilling its responsibilities for oversight of the Charity’s financial affairs. The Committee ensures that effective arrangements are in place for financial management and reporting, audit, internal control, risk management, and governance.

As Chair of the Committee, the postholder will provide leadership to ensure financial integrity, audit assurance and risk management, and compliance with charity law and regulatory requirements.

The position is unremunerated, and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
