At this free online event attendees will find out more about the work of Black Pharma and Kim’s inspiring insights, experiences and vision for a more inclusive future in healthcare. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage in a thought-provoking conversation that highlights the pivotal role Black professionals play in shaping the pharmaceutical landscape. This event will be co-hosted by FPM Chief Executive Dr Marcia Philbin, and Dr John Ndikum, chair of FPM’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Forum.

Who is Kim Sowemimo?

Kim is deeply dedicated to mentoring young individuals, guiding them to unlock their potential and achieve their career aspirations. Over the span of more than a decade, she has collaborated with numerous charities and churches, concentrating on nurturing the personal and academic growth of young people, particularly those from underserved communities.

In August 2020, Kim united with peers in the Pharmaceutical Industry to launch Black Pharma, an organisation that champions increased representation and acknowledgement of black talent within the sector.
