Pharmaceutical physicians work in complex and ever changing environments, whether that is with a large global company, in a smaller company, such as an emerging biotech firm, or as an independent physician. The most effective of those use enterprising behaviours, attributes and competencies to create value for those they work for. With this workshop you will explore the entrepreneurial skills that can give you that competitive edge in your industry.
What to expect
The workshop will be very practical, with a number of personal and interactive exercises.
It will help you to:
- develop your own entrepreneurial thinking;
- start to recognise and further develop your entrepreneurial skills; and
- manage change with your team and clients in a more effective way.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be better able to:
- take initiative and make things happen;
- use models and processes to lead your team in times of change; and
- develop productive conversations with your stakeholders.
Who should attend?
This training is designed to be useful to all pharmaceutical physicians who are aspiring or established leaders.
If you attend this webinar you can use it as CPD for your appraisal. To do so you’ll need to provide:
- evidence (certificate of attendance), and
- reflection, specifically a couple of paragraphs on what you learnt, what effect it will have on your current practice and how it relates to Good Medical Practice.
Upload these into your portfolio and self-allocate your CPD points at 0.25 credits per 15 mins.
