FPM welcomes new Chair of Oncology Expert Group

Dr Zaiac commented:

“FPM represents pharmaceutical physicians and allied professionals working in the research, development, and accessibility of medicines. As such, I believe we have a critical role to play in shaping the healthcare environment for the benefit of patients.

My journey began with undergraduate medical studies in Berlin, followed by a surgical career in both the UK and Germany. I eventually found my true calling in surgical oncology, caring for patients with breast cancer, sarcoma, melanoma, and other malignancies. I later transitioned into industry, focusing on development and medical affairs. I am excited to begin my role as Chair of the Oncology Expert Group and look forward to working with all members.”

We are so pleased to be working with Dr Zaiac and would like to express our thanks to him for volunteering his time and expertise to this group.

Dr Zaiac is taking office in July 2025.
