Election of President 2018

Professor Tim Higenbottam has been elected as the next President of the Faculty and will take up office on 1st November 2018 - further details here.

Election of Vice President 2018 

Nominations are now invited for election to the office of Vice President of the Faculty to serve a three-year term commencing 1 November 2018. Fellows of the Faculty (with the exception of Honorary Fellows) are eligible for nomination. Please see below for information and the nomination form.

Election of Fellow Trustee 2018 

Nominations are now invited for election as a Fellow of the Faculty (with the exception of Honorary Fellows) to serve a three-year term as a trustee of the Faculty commencing 1 November 2018. Please see below for information and the nomination form.

Appointment of Registrar 2018 

Applications are invited from Fellows and Members of the Faculty (with the exception of Honorary Fellows and Members) for appointment to the office of Registrar of the Faculty to serve a three-year term commencing 1 November 2018. Please see below for information.

Appointment of Two Trustees 

Applications are invited from Fellows and Members of the Faculty (with the exception of Honorary Fellows and Members) for appointment as trustees of the Faculty to serve a three-year term commencing 1 November 2018. Two trustee positions are available - one for a Member (MFPM) and one for either a Fellow (FFPM) or Member (MFPM). Please see below for information 

How to submit a nomination or application:

Nomination forms for Vice President and the elected Fellow trustee can be downloaded from this page and must be returned to the Faculty, together with the completed election statement form, before 5pm on Thursday 14 June 2018. A proposer and seconder are required. A ballot of Fellows and Members will take place if more than one valid nomination is received for either role.

Applications for the Registrar and two appointed trustee roles should include your full contact details and a one-page summary (maximum one-page A4 size) clearly setting out how you consider you meet the specifications and requirements set out  in the role specification and also why you are interested. A copy of your current CV should also be sent. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to meet a selection panel.

Individuals may be nominated or apply for more than one role if they wish to do so.
