Why is gravitas important for today’s leaders & business owners?

Gravitas is a crucial skill for business success. Building gravitas enables leaders and business owners to communicate with confidence, increase their personal visibility and handle challenging situations more effectively. People with gravitas network better, communicate better, present better and lead better. In a competitive environment, people who know how to access their personal gravitas get promoted more quickly, build stronger relationships, win more business and get better results from their teams.

Based on extensive research with global leaders, the Gravitas Masterclass is a unique, results-proven model which explores the six key ingredients to gravitas and includes simple techniques to develop this powerful business skill. With our input, Antoinette has developed a programme, including practical scenarios, which is designed to resonate with the roles and scopes of work of pharmaceutical physicians. Objectives include:

  • Increase awareness of and confidence in your expertise and value as a medical leader within your role and across your scope of work
  • Explore and apply techniques to communicate with credibility, both formally and informally
  • Identify and apply strategies to increase personal impact and influence
  • Develop skills to handle challenging conversations effectively and ensure your voice is heard
