Modernising FPM Governance

FPM is delighted to announce the publication of a new Governance User Manual (part 1 of 2) that defines our Board operating protocol. The manual sets out how our Board operates, including roles and responsibilities, governance styles and values, and ways of working together.

This is one of several steps we are taking to ensure our governance continues to evolve and modernise in line with the needs of our members, staff and the wider healthcare environment.
