DPM approved as Acceptable Postgraduate Qualification by GMC

The UK General Medical Council (GMC) has approved the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine (DPM) as an acceptable postgraduate qualification. This means that the DPM is accepted as evidence that the holder has the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to apply for full registration with a licence to practise in the UK.

Please note that this approval is only for the DPM qualification and not any “equivalent postgraduate qualifications” which are only recognised for the purposes of applying for FPM membership, not for GMC registration.
