Essential Leadership Skills for Pharmaceutical Physicians: Managing blended working

Monday 19 October 2020

The new working environment following the COVID-19 outbreak will require pharmaceutical physicians to work with internal and external stakeholders in both online and face to face settings. Building and maintaining a good collaborative environment will be different from before the outbreak and, as many of us have come to realise, more challenging. This workshop will give you some insight into developing effective working relationships in this ‘new normal’.

The workshop will help you to:

  • maintain relationships with your team members who will be working in different locations, and across virtual/face-to-face settings;

  • explore how to effectively collaborate across your team and the wider organisation;

  • learn how to successfully facilitate a combination of in-person and virtual meetings.

By the end of the workshop you’ll be better able to:

  • develop a more collaborative leadership style in this new working environment;

  • build and maintain rapport and commitment with those you are working with; and

  • promote and facilitate a productive dialogue with members in your team and other key stakeholders.

Who should attend?

This training is designed to be useful to all pharmaceutical physicians who are aspiring or established leaders.
