FPM Annual General Meeting 2012

Who can attend: Any current member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine

Who can vote at the AGM: Only Fellows (FFPM) and Members (MFPM) with the exception of Honorary. Eligible members can use the form below to appoint a proxy.

Submitting questions in advance: Faculty members may submit questions to the AGM in advance. Please send these to fpm@fpm.org.uk.  The Officers may not have time to answer all individual questions on the day but will produce a written Q&A document after the event. Questions from members unable to attend are also welcome.
