The Board
With reference to the Standing Orders of the Faculty, the Board shall consist of the President, who shall be Chair, the Vice-President, the Registrar, the Academic Registrar, the Treasurer, any other office holder, the Presidents of the Colleges or their nominees together with sixteen other members of the Faculty of whom at the time of their election not less than eight shall be Fellows and not less than six shall be Members. There will in addition be ex-officio members. The Board may co-opt additional members for a specified period, which shall be no longer than four years, thereafter the Board may co-opt such persons for a further period. Such co-opted members should be limited to eight and shall have full voting rights.
The Board meets six times per annum in London. A version of the latest confirmed minutes of the meetings of the Board are available to Faculty members in the Member Section of the website, and a selection of the Board's responses to external consultations is also available.
